I work as a hands-on System Analyst and Technical Designer. My primary role is to bring structure to complex or chaotic environments, providing a clear roadmap for development and deployment.

Rescuing and Scaling AI Prototypes

AI-assisted coding is a massive accelerator, but it often produces fragmented architecture. I help founders take their generated MVP and refactor it into a production-ready product. This includes setting up clear boundaries between the UI, APIs, databases, and external services, ensuring the code can be safely updated and deployed to a VPS or cloud environment.

System & Architecture Design

I translate unclear business goals into a structured system blueprint. This involves defining the domain model, mapping out user scenarios, and creating architectural artifacts (C4, Sequence Diagrams) that serve as a direct guide for engineering. I build working prototypes if it is the fastest way to validate a solution.

Data Modeling & Access Control

I design robust data models and integration contracts (APIs, ETL specifications). A key focus is on security and context-aware Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Instead of relying on generic defaults, I design granular access models tailored to your business logic (for example, isolating responsibilities into specific roles like PLATFORM_ADMIN and PLATFORM_SUPPORT).
